Mission Statement : 3rd Battalion (NCOA) 218thRegiment (Leadership) conducts enduring mission to provide Basic Leaders Course instruction to all components of the Army in order to develop junior Noncommissioned Officers into agile, educated, and adaptive leaders prepared to meet the current and future challenges of an increasingly complex environment.
