B-Roll - RAW footage of U.S. Soldiers and first responders from the South
Carolina Army National Guard Aviation Support Facility and the South Carolina
Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team (SC-HART), perform flood rescue operations,
during a statewide flood response, October 4, 2015. The South Carolina
National Guard has been activated to support state and county emergency
management agencies and local first responders as historic flooding impacts
counties statewide. Currently, more than 1,300 South Carolina National Guard
members have been activated in response to the floods.
