Overview Statement 

The Training NCO is responsible for managing and synchronizing all training requirements for the South Carolina Counterdrug Task Force. This includes developing training plans, tracking individual and collective readiness, coordinating courses and certifications, and ensuring all personnel meet mandatory training standards. The Training NCO works closely with internal leadership and external law enforcement partners to align training with current operational requirements, emerging drug trends, and evolving mission sets. Through disciplined oversight and proactive planning, the Training NCO ensures personnel remain proficient, compliant, and prepared to support counterdrug operations effectively.

Mission Statement 

To plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive training programs that enhance the readiness and effectiveness of South Carolina Counterdrug Task Force personnel, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and National Guard standards while directly supporting law enforcement agencies in the detection, disruption, and prevention of illicit drug activities.

Vision

To develop a highly trained, adaptable, and mission-ready Counterdrug force recognized for excellence in training, operational support, and interagency collaboration, contributing to safer communities across South Carolina.
